2. Nature of the Services

The Service Provider offers cosmetic services, including in particular:

• waxing,

• laser hair removal,

• facial treatments,

• other aesthetic cosmetic treatments.

 

Services are provided in person, by prior appointment only.
No online sales take place via the website.

 

3. Appointment Booking

​

Appointments can be booked:

​

• online,

• by phone,

• or in person.

 

An appointment becomes final only after confirmation by the Service Provider.

 

The Client is required to:

​

• arrive on time,

• notify the Service Provider in case of delay.

 

In the event of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened or the treatment may be cancelled; however, the fee may still be charged.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

​

Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

If the Client:

​

• does not show up, or

• cancels within 24 hours of the appointment,

• ​

the Service Provider is entitled to charge part or all of the treatment fee.

This policy serves to protect lost time and capacity.

5. Health Condition and Liability

​

The Client is obliged to:

​

• provide truthful information about their health condition prior to treatment,

• inform the Service Provider of any contraindications (e.g. skin conditions, pregnancy, medication use).

 

The Service Provider assumes no liability for:

​

• consequences resulting from undisclosed or unreported health conditions,

• results arising from behavior contrary to professional instructions.

 

6. Special Rules for Laser Treatments

​

Laser hair removal:

​

• requires multiple sessions,

• may produce results that vary individually,

• does not guarantee 100% permanent hair removal.

The Client acknowledges that:

​

• results depend on skin type, hormonal factors, and lifestyle,

• compliance with aftercare instructions is mandatory.

 

7. Results and Complaints

​

Cosmetic treatments are aesthetic services, and results may be subjective.

The Service Provider:

​

• does not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes,

• is not obliged to provide refunds if the treatment was performed professionally.

 

8. Code of Conduct

​

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service if the Client:

• behaves aggressively or disrespectfully,

• appears in an inappropriate hygienic condition,

• fails to follow professional instructions.

 

9. Data Processing

​

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

10. Final Provisions

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes primarily through amicable means.
