Refund Policy

1. General principles

 

Lintimage Cosmetic Salon provides personal, appointment-based cosmetic services.
Due to the nature of the services, no refunds are provided after their completion.

 

2. Prepaid treatments

 

If the Client:

​

• prepaid treatment,

• or book a treatment appointment,

The amount paid is non-refundable, but can be rescheduled if:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

 

3. Cancellation and no-show

 

• Cancellation within 24 hours, or

• in case of no-show

The Service Provider is entitled to keep the treatment fee, no refunds will be given.

 

This rule serves to protect the reserved time and professional capacity.

 

4. Treatment results

 

The results of cosmetic treatments:

• may vary from person to person,

• no specific aesthetic effect can be guaranteed.

 

Therefore, the Guest is not entitled to a refund based on subjective dissatisfaction, provided that the service was performed professionally.

 

5. Exceptional cases

 

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

• if the service is not provided due to the fault of the Service Provider,

• or if a circumstance is discovered before the start of treatment that prevents the treatment from being carried out professionally.

 

In these cases, at the Guest's option:

• a new date will be arranged, or

• the amount paid will be refunded.

 

6. Gift cards and passes

 

Gift cards and passes:

• cannot be exchanged for cash,

• can be used within the unexpired validity period,

• they are not eligible for a refund.
